  • Timing:  We will once again be using the Mylaps BIBTAG Timing system. With this technology your timing chip or "bibtag" is now placed on the back of your race bib. It must be correctly worn on race day for your race time to be accurately captured. Important Info:

    1. Do not remove the "bibTag" or foam spacer from your bib
    2. Do not fold your bib or excessively bend or twist the "bibTag"
    3. Wear your bib on your front. Do not wear on your back, side, leg or arm

Remember, now it's "NO BIB = NO TIME!". To read more about the Mylaps BIBTAG technology and Sportstats, click here.

  • Go Green - Try To Ride Share

Click here for details on the Toronto Women’s Runs PickupPal program. It's free - you can either offer or ask for a ride from a fellow runner. Ridesharing can significantly reduce the total carbon footprint for the race and it’s more fun to share the drive.

  • Water & E-Load
    • Pre-race: At the Start/Finish line
    • On course: At each aid station
    • Post-race: at the Finish Line and the Party Site

  • Baggage Check: Baggage opens on race day at 6:45am. You are strongly encouraged to deposit your bag as early as possible. Use the removable baggage tag on your bib and attach it to your bag.

  • Porta-potties: We have lots of porta-potties! They’re at the start/finish area and at each aid station on the route! Give yourself plenty of time to use the port-o-lets! 2,300 people can't all use them 15 minutes before the race!

  • POGO Pledge Drop Off: Representatives from POGO will be at the POGO tent for pledge collection. You can drop off any funds you have at the tent.

  • Watching the Action: You can watch your friends and family start and finish the race at the start/finish line and along the last 500m to the finish line. Also, you can access the park by car at:
    1. Haldon Ave (13k/16k point),
    2. Off of Dawes Road at the Taylor Creek parking lot (15k point) and
    3. Beechwood Drive (6.5K point).

Riding your bike to the park is another great way to see all the action. We do ask that you give the runners "right of way" along the path when appropriate. Also, there is no coffee or food available at the race site for purchase. This means that you should plan appropriately. Tim Horton's and other retailers are about 3k from the start/ finish line on Eglinton Ave E. at Brentcliffe Ave, and on Don Mills Road, just south of the Science Centre.
