Note: Sorry, no wheelchairs, baby joggers, in-line skates, pets or bikes allowed. All entries are non-refundable and non-deferrable. Transfer requests will only be accepted until April 1, 2010. For more info, Click here
If you have registered for either the Half Marathon or 5k and are not able to participate, we will allow you to transfer your entry to someone else. It is up to you to find someone to take your spot. The financial transaction for the entry fee is strictly between yourself and the person you have found to take your spot. The person who is taking your spot is responsible for paying a $20 administration fee. Once you have found someone to take your spot, advise us by e-mail at info@towomensruns.com. When e-mailing us, please cc. the person who is taking your spot in the race so that we will have their contact information as well. Once we receive this, we will e-mail a registration form to the new participant. It is up to them to fill it out and mail it to us. Once we receive the completed registration form and the admin fee, the transfer process will be complete. Please email us at: info@towomensruns.com if you have any further questions.
