Registration is only available online and closes on June 8, 2024 at 11:59 pm. Processing fees and HST are not included. No refunds, deferrals, or transfers.

RUN KIT SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping:
- Run kits will be shipped to the mailing address provided during registration.
- Participants are required to provide their full and complete mailing address; including apartment or unit numbers, if residing in a multi-unit dwelling.
- Failure to provide your full and complete mailing address will result in a delay of delivery and additional shipping fees to resend the run kit.
- Participants residing outside of Canada, in the United States of America or internationally, are required to pay additional shipping fees during the registration process.
- If you register before Wednesday, May 8, 2024, your run kit will be shipped beginning the week of May 13th.
- If you register after Wednesday, May 8, 2024, your run kit will be sent out within two weeks of your registration date.
Delivery:
- Run kits are packed and shipped starting the week of May 13, 2024, and are expected to be delivered prior to the start of the virtual run window (May 25 – June 8, 2024).
- Run kits are shipped via Canada Post and delivery is dependant upon their delivery schedule.
- We are unable to guarantee delivery times.
Please send us an email if you haven’t received your kit by May 31, 2024.

Please Note: The Participant Dashboard closes on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at 11:59 pm. You will no longer be able to edit personal information.
GIFT REGISTRATIONS
Gift registration codes are available for your friends, family or colleagues. Codes may be purchased during your registration process or separately via the main Race Roster event page. Simply click the “Buy As A Gift” button on the right or here.
